An experienced Petrol Station Operator Co-ordinator is required for permanent employment based in Zululand.

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Position related qualification
  • 3 5 Years, Fuel / Petrol Station Management & Supervision exp
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Computer literate
  • POS experience
  • Merchandising
  • Logistic co-ordination
  • Administration Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to delegate
  • Presentable and customer friendly
  • Relocation costs for the applicants account
  • Drivers licence

  • Forecourt Supervision
  • Convenience Supervision (Retail, Bakery etc)
  • Ordering of Fuel
  • Pump readings / Dips Capture
  • Daily Cash up / Balancing of shifts
  • Manage organizational issues within the company operations.
  • Handle public relations and client relationships.
  • Constantly build and improve company image and look for more ways to improve.
  • Motivate the employees to push harder and excel in their positions.
  • Play an important role in marketing to bring in more clients for further improvement of sales and return customers.
  • Collaborate with the business owners, head office and staff to maximize communication efficiency within the business.
  • Lead the staff members in various planning sessions and execution of the operations.
  • Take responsible steps to ensure that employees are have access to business information as to what their powers and obligations are.
