The Role… A vacancy has arisen for a Trainee Management Accountant at DFDS Logistics based in Immingham. You will be a graduate in accounting or business studies and want to continue your professional training.

This role will see you taking ownership of the accounting process from start to finish, producing monthly management accounts, forecasts, year-end audit process and other Management Information. As a part of the training package, we will put you through your CIMA Qualification on day release. Hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities…

• Creating and posting journals.
• Prepayments & Accruals
• Trial Balance reconciliations
• Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet production
• Variance and margin analysis
• Producing various Management Information reports
• Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Quality Control of our Finance Service Centre
• Liaising with operational teams to ensure completion of all financial related tasks.
