Position Summary

Ensure accurate, timely efficient and compliant financial reporting at NiM .Covers activities under Period end Close for Group and internal management reporting, in accordance with Nestlé Accounting Standards, Nestlé Costing Standards and other reporting guidelines

A day in the life of...

• Prepare and analyze Daily ,Monthly Sales and Quality of Sales and provide transparency on Sales KPIs to both Local Management and to the Group (Magnitude Reports – SACT)
• Review and analyze MOGE, GLOBE ,CIG, FKEY , RAW 3 & BUCO reports to ensure transparency to both local management and the Group.
• Prepare, Analyze and validate CACT, PACT ,PBRD,PICA & PEBI report and timely NiM Submission to ensure transparency to both local management and the Group ensuring compliance with NAS & NIBS.
• Prepare, Analyze and validate Working Capital position through SSMT in magnitude and timely NiM Submission to ensure transparency to both local management and the Group.
• Ensure timely communication of PEC Timelines to the relevant parties in order to smoothen the period-end close Process.
• Act as a point of contact in liaison with CRC Manager for all reporting & Consolidation related queries from Centre..
• Lead Pre & Post PEC Meetings in order to increase the efficiency of PEC Process and circulate the SCMA Analysis to All relevant stakeholders to facilitate the monitoring of PEC Performance.
• Preparation of Assessment Cycles of OPFE,Bad goods,VDE & PROH in consultation with Corp.Planning & BUC’s.
   

What Will Make You Successful

• Prior Experience in Accounting / Finance
• SAP experience
• Proficiency in English and Language in the market (where Appl.)
• Proficiency in MS Office.
