Assistant Group Accountant

Your new company
A highly reputable Real Estate company based near Victoria are looking for an ambitious Part-Qualified Assistant Group Accountant to join their finance team. Situated in fantastic offices in Victoria, the role will only require you to work in the office a couple of times a week, with people having the option to work from home the rest of the time.

Your new role
Reporting into the Chief Group Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the companies finances by performing the following key duties:

• Preparing year-end statutory accounts
• Preparing month-end management accounts
• Calculating fixed asset depreciation
• Posting month-end journals (accruals and prepayments)
• Balance sheet reconciliaitons
• VAT reporting
• Cash flow forecasting
• Ad hoc transactional finance duties

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be a highly ambitious and driven ACCA or CIMA Part-Qualified candidate with a strong sense of commercial acumen. You must have had a reasonable level of exposure to the duties listed above and you must have a confident and outgoing personality with strong written and verbal communication skills.

What you'll get in return
In return for their hard work, the successful applicant will receive a fantastic salary of up to £33,000 plus a full study support package and an annual discretionary bonus based upon company and individual performance.
