This is a super role for a long standing client of Hays Accountancy and Finance; working from their new of town office facility, your role will cover the day to day reconciliation across the business. Undaunted by pace, with fantastic attention to detail, you will be working with a tight knit team.
Duties will include

• Maintenance on the accounts payable
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
• Month end preparation
• Process business expense returns and petty cash
• Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques

You will also get to support the Assistant Accountant in lots of projects and initiatives; this role will give you variety!

You will need some experience of a Accounts payable or general Accounts Assistant roles.....and you will need to understand the basic principles of double entry bookkeeping, so this is not an entry level position....... but it would be a great opportunity to develop your existing skill set with a supportive and inclusive group of people!
