Responsibilities:

• To monitor and record overall Revenue & Receivables of the company, Financial (Balance sheet & Income Statement) and Management reporting, keeping IFRS and US GAAP concepts.
• Ensure timely and effective vendor management.
• Reviewing and executing timely billing and payments of the vendors
• End-to-end ownership of the timely payment and collection processing to all relevant partners: Restaurant Partners, Riders, and End Customer
• Assess the financial and operational impact of any changes in Business logic, launch or product
• Drive the efficiency and responsiveness of partner reconciliation process which involves high volumes of finance-related inquiries from our partners
•  Treasury management using Reconciliation with the bank balances and Reconciliation with International Payment Gateway like Adyen and local E-Wallets.
• Drive the improvement of control processes, develop strategic, conceptual and operational solutions to finance daily operations
• Develop internal control to ensure an efficient and comply under parent company compliance Report and work with Global team in Germany and Regional team in Singapore

Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA/CA qualified plus relevant Masters Degrees
• At least 5+ years of work experience in accounting, with E-Commerce industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of local accounting standard and IFRS 
• Proven managerial skills, experience with leading a team
• Hard working, adaptable person with ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing job duties
• Structured problem solver ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Interest in food, restaurants and tech start-up businesses
• Proficiency with MS-Office programs with emphasis on Excel, and SAP
