Job purpose:

The processing unit team is looking for a Master data management specialist with good knowledge of DAX 2012. This person is expected to work closely with Record to Record, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash specialists and ensure correct set up of projects, accounts, debtor and vendor master data. Previous knowledge of DAX at user or master data management preferred. You will work in an international and multi-disciplinary team.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Update and edit master data set up in preparation for the migration (e.g. customer, vendor, loans, fixed assets, timesheets, projects etc.)
  • Standardize and simplify processes by creating templates and working with the teams to implement and improve these templates to create a better and faster workflow.
  • Identify and collect data discrepancies
  • Supports the data cleansing actions and helps to perform them
  • Assist other team members in work activities in preparation for the migration
  • Develop and train new colleagues and help them integrate into TMF culture and processes which would include giving support on the team tasks
  • Encourage involvement in process improvement by collaborating on certain projects (i.e templates and reports etc)

 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous master data management experience
  • Good written and communication skills in English language
  • Very good interpersonal skills and “can do“ mentality
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
