Profile
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial or financial analyst, with a commercial modelling background from investment bank, fund large corporates.
- The role holder must demonstrate a level of commercial acumen to actively seek cost savings and efficiencies by innovation, creative thinking to deliver analysis and solutions to help the business.
- They must have struck a balance through their career to date of finance understanding and commercial execution.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a capacity as finance decision support. It is essential you are curious and comfortable challenging business stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience leading and executing strategic initiatives with incomplete or uncertain data.
- Strong academic performance
- At least three to five post university experience.
- Comfortable working with large datasets utilizing advance excel skills
- A highly analytical individual with experience in delivering decision making focused analysis and recommendations to senior managers.
- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with senior staff and explain complex financial information to non-finance individuals.
- Robust and proactive approach - strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a consultative and engaging way under pressure.
- Able to think differently; to question issues and be unafraid to ask challenging questions in a positive way and demonstrate a thoughtful approach to problem solving
