Finance Analyst
NSCG are partnering with Radical Motorsports Group, the world's largest manufacture and constructor of dedicated track-day and racing cars to recruit a Finance Analyst.
Due to continued growth Radical can offer an immediate start for an experience Finance Analyst to join it Finance Team and provide analysis and reports for the senior management team.
Responsibilities
Based from their Headquarters in Peterborough you will report into the Finance Controller your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
- Supporting the preparation of month end management accounts.
- Writing and creating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analytical reporting packs and publishing this in the appropriate format.
- The administration of capital expenditure.
- Project accounting.
- Preparing the annual budgets, forecasting.
- Preparing KPI's for the Board of Directors.
- Supporting the Annual Auditing Process.
- Supporting the VAT and HMRC returns.
- Adhoc reporting for the FC, CFO and internal customers as required.
- Assisting with integrating and improving any reporting on an ad-hoc basis.
- Working closely with customers, sales, operations and finance to enhance and automate reporting.
- Providing recommendations to improve the reporting by the automating the existing ERP system.
- Deputising for the FC as when required.
Experience and Qualifications
To be considered for this role you will
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent), or be qualified by experience.
- Demonstrate experience of KPI Implementation and Reporting.
- Possess advanced level MS Excel skills.
- Have previous experience of working with ERP system(s)
- Be a strong communicator with a proven track record influencing senior management and stakeholders.
- Be a self-motivated individual capable of working under your own direction.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships throughout the Group.
- Ideally have experience of working in an Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering company.
