What is your main scope of responsibility in Accounts Payable? You will be involved in the Procure-To-Pay cycle particularly Accounts Payable processes and functions.
You will be responsible for the processing of block invoices and clearing GRIR in a timely manner, meeting targeted KPI and SLA. You play a key role in the successful interaction between Procurement team, local team, P2P processes, processes within GBS, and vendors to ensure efficiency in a process. Below are some of the vacancies we regularly are recruiting for: * Accounts Payable Analyst I, II,III * Accounts Payable Analyst I,II,III (Korean Speaking) * Accounts Payable Analyst I,II,III (Vietnamese Speaking) Key to success in this role * Degree with Finance / Accounting.
CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred * Ranging from 2-5 years of Accounts Payable or R2R experience including areas on financial accounting, reporting and statutory filing, master data maintenance, treasury, asset accounting, inter-company transactions, etc. * Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * SAP experience is preferred. * Language requirements such as Korean or Vietnamese for language-specific roles.
