Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a leading and highly reputable East Lincolnshire organisation to recruit an Accounts Assistant/Analyst following internal promotion.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director you will work within a small finance team where you will be trained in all aspects of accounts - credit control, some payroll duties, ledgers in order to provide cover and under your own responsibilities but in addition your role will largely be based around analytical work. You will be responsible for the manipulation of large quantities of data, reporting, analysis using extensive Excel.

What you'll need to succeed
You will either be a finance graduate with excellent Excel skills looking to build a career in finance and analysis or you will have recent accounts experience and have a natural aptitude toward analysis. You may well be a part or qualified AAT or have strong practical finance experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels within the organisation. You will have your own transport due to the rural location of the company. The role is full-time and office based.
