Performance Analyst - Global COO - LondonThe RoleWe are looking for someone, with prior experience, wanting to take the next step in their Performance career to join our Equity, MAF and Real Assets Performance TeamThe TeamWe are responsible for calculating investment performance and analysing the drivers of returns. We cover all asset classes, fund and client types across AI.This involves managing the flow of a substantial amount of data from Fund Accountant and Index providers, through in-house and external systems, to produce detailed investment performance outputs used widely across the business.Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to take ownership for the production of Real Assets fund level performance in addition to exposure across Equity and MAF.
• Providing accurate and timely performance measurement data (also responding to ad hoc queries), for all asset classes
• Producing high quality performance attributions and client reports to meet daily, monthly and quarterly deadlines
• Responding to client, sales and other ad-hoc requests for performance analysis
• Contribute to projects and initiatives as requiredRequirements
• Asset management or investment qualifications useful.
• Prior exposure to Real Assets an advantage
• Passionate about delivering performance insight, attention to detail and quality in every aspect
• Intermediate knowledge of both the theory and practice of performance measurement, attribution analysis and ex-post risk.
• A great team player who will get involved - willing to help where required
