Accounting and Finance Customer Support Consultant

Your new role will be working in a well respected team of Accountants providing a high level of excellent 2ndline telephone and email support to Accounting Customers including :

• Manage daily workflow for a number of the customer support executives who provide 1st line support (both telephone and email) to our customers in your team
• Provide coaching and on the job training for customer support executives to grow their accounts knowledge and customer service skills
• Work closely with the Compliance Specialists to assess training needs and assist in providing training for the team
• Ensure you and your team have a deep knowledge of all products -
• Update and maintain support materials (FAQ's user guides and knowledge base
• Write and maintain training materials for internal and customer use
• Become the recognised "handler" for specific product in our accounting suite
• Raise enhancements requests/defects to be reviewed, including testing/verifying defects reported
• Test of pre-release Products
• Provide stats for the head of customer care in relation to the department SLA's

What you'll need to succeed is to be an exceptional individual at building great rapport with customers and who has a passion to use your knowledge and experience of Accounts and financial reporting (preferably gained with an Accountancy Firm) to deliver knowledge based solutions helping customers gain understanding of how Accounting information is presented within the software.
