Permanent Credit Control Job, Based in Dukinfield


Your new company

You will be working for a growing business based in Dukinfield who are looking for a Credit Controller to come in and be an integral part of the finance function. Founded over 100 years ago this business has a huge international presence with forecasts to continue expanding.

Your new role

This is a full-time permanent role acting as the sole Credit Controller working within the team. Although Credit Control is a big part of the role you will also be managing the full Sales Ledger process and getting involved with other ad hoc transactional finance tasks as and when required. Your main duties will include; ensure best credit control practice in line with company policy, manage your portfolio of customers effectively, proactively chase customers for payment, monitor credit limits, credit checks, cash allocation, monthly bank reconciliations, sales ledger invoicing and flag any high-risk customers to management. This is a fully office based, COVID secure role working 8am- 4pm Monday - Friday.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must have a strong background in Credit Control as well as all round Sales Ledger duties. SAP experience is a desirable but by no means an essential.
