Your new role

An exciting opportunity within the not for profit sector has arisen for a Finance Manager/Business Manager. This role is very hands on and would have full responsibility for the finance function, in terms of budget setting, driving cost saving initiative, health and safety, facilities and managing staff.

This role would suit an experienced manager who has previous experience being accountable for the finance functions, in line with various legislations and statutory regulations.

There is a degree of business partnering stakeholders so someone that is able to challenge and offer resolutions confidently. Good presentation skills and promote self development.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified or experienced Finance/Business Manager
Good technical accounting
Budget preparation and setting
Proven Managerial
Stakeholder partnering
Reporting skills
ideally knowledge of facilities management/Health and Safety
