Hays are looking for an interim Finance Assistant to help support a business near Cirencester
Your new company
You will be supporting the small finance team, answering queries from the senior leadership, Financial Controller and suppliers.
Your new role
- Assist with issuing of sales invoices
- Setting up of customer agreements within our central system
- Daily bank reconciliation
- CIS
- Being an escalation point for finance queries from the Financial Controller
- Preparation and processing of supplier pay runs
- Basic bookkeeping and credit control for an associated company
- Supporting with month end procedures
- Ad hoc finance requirements
