Assistant Financial Accountant, up to £31,000 (equivalent), Peterborough, Temporary Contract to November 2021

Your new company
Working for an organisation that has gone through significant change over the past 5 years, you will be joining their busy finance in this newly created role. This role is a full-time, office based position and is available on a temporary contract through to November 2021.

Your new role
Working as an Assistant Financial Accountant, your role will be to support the CFO with financial and management accounting tasks, including month end and year end support. This means you could be looking at anything from budgets and journals through to fixed assets and VAT returns. A role with genuine variety for someone who loves to be kept busy!

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to be an experienced Accountant, either part-qualified in your chartered studies or qualified by experience. Good technical accounting skills, the ability to make a quick start and a good sense of humour are all also key.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a good salary of up to £31,000, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata) and have the opportunity to impress in a role that could become permanent at the end of the assignment.
