Responsibilities:
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, and other transactions Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary Workout and maintain healthy financial ratio scoring. Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings. Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes. Responsibilities may differ from time to time and must be updated and recorded accordingly.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting and professional qualification such as CIMA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred. At least 10 years working experiences in accounting and financial management practices. Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and especially spreadsheet formulating. Good in management decision making, financial planning and strategy, leadership, strategic planning and vision, promotion of process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance & Budget development. Well verse in latest accounting standard.
