Account Manager - Full Time (Permanent) - £20-30k p/a

Our client are market leaders in hand made blinds and motorised systems, all of which are manufactured on site. They supply to trade customers throughout the UK and have been in business for over 40 years. Their reputation is based on delivering an exemplary product strengthened by outstanding customer service.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to be based at their head office in Brighouse and your role will include:

• Be responsible for your assigned key accounts including generating quotations and processing orders
• Arrange fitting times and liaise with installation operatives
• Liaise daily with the workforce in the factory to ensure orders are produced and delivered within customers' time requirements
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Be proficient in using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook and be capable of quickly learning a bespoke internal software
• Develop existing customer relationships

Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm

You will be supported by a very friendly and professional team of colleagues; Full training will be given however experience in the blind industry or interior furnishings, and Account Management would be advantageous.
