Open Position: Manager, Corporate Finance (Financial Institution)

A Financial Institution is currently hiring for Manager, Corporate Finance to join them in Kuala Lumpur Office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse and execute the Corporate finance activities, forecasting and projections
  
• Support the Business Development team for investment opportunities
  
• Prepare and present financial modeling, assist in due diligence. business valuation as well as reviewing transactions
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders with a good understanding of the rules and regulations from the Bank Negara, Security Commission and etc
  
• Holds a professional qualification in Accounting/Finance as such ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA and etc
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
