Msinsi Holdings (SOC) Ltd, trading as Msinsi Resorts and Game Reserves, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Umgeni Water mandated with managing the water resources, surrounding environment and reserves on which the water resources are located. * *An exciting opportunity exists for the Risk Management Officer to join the team at Msinsi Head Office in Hillcrest.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful incumbent will play a role to minimise and mitigate the risk exposure, safeguard the assets and ensure compliance and the best practice by being acquainted with the risk management culture of the whole organisation.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Integrated Risk Management Framework Implementation
* Integrated Risk Management Corporate-wide
* Business Continuity Programme Management
* Improve the Risk Management's internal controls for compliance to legislation, policies and procedures.
* Monitor Organisational Quarterly Performance
* Perform general functional management and administrative activities

*Key Knowledge and Skills*
Sound computer literacy skills (MS Office). *Understanding of relevant legislation, international standards and best practice guidelines. *Working knowledge of ISO31000 risk management principles and ability to give illustrations and applications. * Ability to implement the integrated risk management framework for the organisation. * Ability to implement the Business Continuity programme for the organisation. *Experience in the development of the risk policies and risk register. *Ability to monitor organisational change in relation to potential risk. *Basic financial management skills.

*Minimum Qualifications*

* Three-year Diploma in Risk management or Equivalent Relevant qualification.
* Working Knowledge of ERM systems e.g. SAP Risk Module.
* Eligibility to register with the IRMSA.
* Unendorsed Code 08 / B Driver's Licence.

*Minimum experience*

* 3 years' relevant experience in risk management environment.
* 1-year Practical exposure in conducting organisational risk assessments.
