Description
- Preparation of full management accounts across multiple
- Management of the transactions team
- Balance sheets and cash-flows
- Analyses to support the accounts and any ad hoc analysis as required.
- Acquisitions accounting
- Assist in the year end audit including consolidations and supporting schedules
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Assist the finance function on all commercial matters including the completion of tenders, insurance and contracts.
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong ERP/IT skills including ability to develop Business and Microsoft applications
- Experience in managing transactions team/Junior finance members
- Confident communicator across finance and non finance people
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure
- An effective manager and able to work as part of a team
