Financial Controller - FMCG

Financial Controller - £50 - £60k dependant on experience. Belfast.

Our client is one of the world's largest organisation in their sector and a truly part of a Global business. They offer a comprehensive and robust service to its diverse customer base. You will be working for one of the group companies managing multiple businesses. Hays have been exclusively retained to delivered this placement.

Your new role
As financial controller you will have the responsibility for the preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts for 4 statutory entities and you will deliver at Board level the quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. You will prepare statutory accounts under IFRS. You will manage the short and long term cashflow management, assessing requirements for foreign currency. You will provide reporting to support corporate decision making at Board level. You will manage a large team of accounting and admin staff.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant who has worked in corporate businesses with the demands and requirements around this. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver work to tight deadline. It would be useful if you have delivered accounts to US GAAP standards
