Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will manage and drive the financial management of a $150M construction company located in Philadelphia and will oversee the finance/accounting department and its' employees. Candidate will be responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Reporting, and prepare all tax filings. Will also be responsible for performing financial analysis and forecasting and oversee banking, bonding and insurance relationships. Position will report directly to the President and will require attending monthly and annual Management Team meetings. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial functions of organization
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Prepare financial statements and reports, as well as all tax filings

Qualifications

• CPA REQUIRED
• 10+ years' of finance experience
• Construction and CFO experience preferred, but not required
• Strong finance-based analytical skills
