Works with Senior Manager Global Business Services to manage and lead finance projects (process transformation, transitions, integrations, etc.). This role will gain valuable exposure to a wide breadth of areas/functions across Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Run and lead finance projects (i.e. policy, process transformation/improvements to drive simplifications and efficiencies, transitions, etc.).
  • Ensure projects are delivered timely per schedule and within budget.
  • Provides regular status updates to partners, shares consolidated view, schedules regular review meetings, captures meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Partner management within project and assists with coordination of results and project assets. Acts independently to address issues and raises as appropriate.
  • Translates project impacts to change management communications.
  • Performs other duties as may be reasonably assigned within the jobholder's capability.


  • Qualifications

  • University degree in a related area (including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of work experience, in project management or project certification is a plus.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills (including excellent English) to various audiences across all levels of management.
  • Good knowledge of Procurement & Finance fundamentals, including General Ledger and Reporting areas.
  • Ability to prioritize optimally, good problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, able to work under pressure and to balance multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Curious, ability to learn, collaborative and proactive; a team leader who positively and productively impact initiatives. Ability to operating as an effective tactical as well as strategic problem solver.
