SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINANCE (MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING)

Senior Executive Finance (Management Accounting) (Bodyline (Pvt) Ltd)

We are on the look out for a highly accomplished and passionate individual to join the Finance team as a Management Accountant who is capable of analysing key financial information and meeting all accounting and reporting requirements of the organisation to ensure that the organization’s management makes well-informed decisions to ensure future stability, growth and profitability while driving the companywide cost saving and value generating initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the relevant finance teams in annual budget preparations and monthly reporting to MAS Corporate and JV partners including necessary correspondence and clarifications.
• Periodic forecasting on company performance factoring changes in overhead structure, revenue generation and other operational factors.
• Provide leadership to organizational strategic planning process and the annual long-range planning process for the JV with necessary alignments  
• Lead, coordinate, execute and monitor cost saving initiatives on major overhead items
• Monitor, assess and update management on achievement of key performance indicators in a parodic manner
• Providing necessary business intelligence in strategy formulation and monitor the implementation progress of the overall Turnaround Project within the SBU as a Young Leader
• Engaging in the Hoshin process as a department representative to creating a Hoshin culture within the team
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified in CIMA/ICASL  or a degree from a recognised university
• 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
