About the Product Manager, Treasury Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad strategic initiatives of treasury business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide product advisory and communicate strategies to front office; responsible for client documentations and product related suitability processes

Manage maintenance of adequate product information and ensure its accessibility by various channels

Provide product training and ensure that frontline staff are adequately trained of product features through training sessions, rallies, seminars, etc.

Drive platform usage and client penetration efforts; be accountable for delivery of all product enhancements, project deliveries in terms of championing as business lead

Manage operations, tech and middle office resources indirectly in terms of driving changes, delivery and strategy

Oversee the end-to-end product process throughout the product life cycle, including all risk management initiatives

Participate in audits, manage regulatory incidents and communications on products; drive process and system changes to reduce regulatory breaches

To succeed in the Product Manager, Treasury role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with stakeholders across internal and external matrix.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business or relevant discipline(s); relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage

Minimum of seven years' experience in the financial services sector handling global/regional equities

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with various stakeholders in a matrix organisation

Keen understanding in the treasury market
