Senior FP&A Analyst APAC is a key region of growth for Barry Callebaut (BC) Group. You will be part of a function that is expanding and will be instrumental in supporting strong business growth. The FP&A team acts as the analytical engine of the Finance organization in APAC. The team will perform analyses and provide relevant financial information, expertise, as well as insight to Finance Business Partnering and management. The team is also responsible to partner with the business and drive the standardization of reporting packs and analytics across the region. In line with the business, the team is segmented into 3 main workstreams of Chocolate, Cocoa, and OSCO (factory). You will be responsible for the information needs for regional HQ & Functions (incl. HR, QA, R&D, Marketing) in APAC. You will deliver efficient, harmonized, and high-quality reporting/analysis in accordance with FP&A guidelines, principles, and standards. Your work will indirectly span across the 3 main FP&A workstreams and will depend on the Functions' information requirements. In addition to the FP&A HQ & Functions work, you will provide direct support to the FP&A Head to deliver and meet regional requests. This responsibility might include reporting deadlines, custom analytics, projects, and ad hoc tasks.

About the role
Key responsibilities include
Take ownership of various Function reports surrounding costs and lead the collaboration with various Finance/Sales stakeholders to anticipate as well as address potential issues. Responsible for the monthly consolidation and reporting of costs for the Functions across APAC. Work with OSCO FP&A to monitor the factory-related KPIs of the Singapore factory, and lead/drive discussions surrounding them Support the FP&A Head in managing the stakeholders regionally and locally to deliver regional reporting requirements, projects, and ad-hoc tasks. Support the FP&A Head in the monthly preparation of the CFO reporting deck and providing insightful commentaries around sales volumes and margins. Support the FP&A Head in the budgeting/forecasting and strategic planning (MTP) processes; such as coordinating and monitoring budget preparation, developing assumptions, etc. Provide financial data and information for CAPEX projects and business cases and track performance to deliver insights to the business. Support projects to standardize analytics, develop new data visualization tools and ad hoc tasks assigned by the FP&A Head. Develop employees by mentoring, coaching, and conducting training sessions for the FP&A analysts.
3-8 years experience in finance with an emphasis on analytics. Demonstrated ability to own and drive improvement within the assigned workstream. Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar. Advanced technical proficiency in SAP - ERP systems and Excel required. English proficiency required. Dashboard, data visualization (e.g. PowerBI) and programming experience will be a strong advantage. Experience in a B2B/MNC/food industries a plus.
