Candidate must be able to speak, write and understand Chinese, Malay & English.
-Job Scope and daily task
1. Candidate need to update daily transaction into system.
2. Prepare invoice of that day and update into system as a record.
3. Candidate need to update customer payment on Delivery Order.
4. Filter a list and prepare statemnt of account for customer that not yet paid.
5. Sometimes need to answering incoming calls and reply customers messages about payment matters.
6. Dealing with email enquiries like sending Statement of Accounts for person in charge or Accounting department of our customers.
