Open position: Chief Operating Officer (COO), Private Hospital

A private hospital in Kuala Lumpur is looking for COO.

Key responsibilities and requirements that we are looking for:

• Head the operations of the hospital, looking at revenue and profit margins.
  
• Ensure full optimization of resources without compromising services.
  
• Strategies on operating plans for further opportunities growth.
  
• Have a leadership role to mold the mindset, culture and behavior of the working personnel to instill high commitment, integrity and ownership.
  
• Head effective customer relationship management and sustain management of internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Head implementation of procedures that comply to statutory and legislative requirements with SOP in place.
  
• 15 years of working experience in similar capacity in private hospitals.
