· Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals, objectives, design a framework for these to be met

• correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
• Familiar with performance bond, insurance and contract agreement (an advantages)
• Responsible for the spectrum of finance, financial analysis, cost accounting, forecast, budget and annual financial statement
• An analytical mind
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
