The ONE Group are currently partnering with a well established local organisation, who have some exciting plans to grow further in the coming years. They already have a strong reputation in the region and despite the current climate we are in, they have no plans of slowing down when it comes to spanning their network further.

In line with these plans, they are now looking to appoint an experienced and qualified Financial Controller to join them to oversee their small but very efficient finance team.

Reporting into the company director you will be responsible for managing the all of the company's financial policies and procedures, conducting strategic analysis and insight to aid future key decision making including future company investment opportunities. You will also constantly review financial processes and provide suggestions to improve them.

To be considered for the role you will need to be a Qualified Accountant with a proven track record of mentoring junior members of staff and engaging with senior stakeholders. You will also need to be commercially minded with a keen eye for detail.

The salary for the role is paying up to £60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience, the role will also be 100% office based.
