EAC Consulting Group are working in partnership with a local business who are looking for a Tax manager who can manage a diverse portfolio of clients. As Tax Manager you will be responsible for developing solid relationships with clients and ensuring you are providing a strong, reliable service backed by your technical knowledge.

Duties

Responsibilities:

As Tax Manager you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients.Comprehensive technical or complex chargeable client work.Provide support to Tax Seniors.Support partners on tax advisory projects for active prospects and/or clients.Identify opportunities with client portfolios and tax planning.Initial contact with your own portfolio of clients.Communicate with HMRC on behalf of clients.Deal with HMRC requests into any tax returns.Offer on the job training.Supervise the tax team.Update systems and data correctly when needed.

The Ideal Candidate

As Tax Manager you will need to be CTA Qualified or working towards this. Previous tax management experience working alongside high profile clients.Familiarity with advising on technical tax projects.The ideal candidate will ideally have extensive knowledge on the tax process. As Tax Manager you will need to manage and develop a small team.A real team player that loves developing staff.
