  • Manage budget to actual reporting and compile quarterly financial statements
  • Deliver monthly forecast reports
  • Ensure compliance with all financial requirements
  • Oversee payroll, billing and accounts receivable
  • Perform general ledger account analysis and expense allocation
  • Carefully monitor actual vs. budgetary expenditure
  • Participates in the development and implementation of a strategic plan that establishes goals, identifies key strategic issues that must be addressed, and sets objectives and plans for each initiative.
  • Work with the CEO and operational leadership in the development of financial models, operational and financial reports and key performance indicators to support best in class strategic, financial and operational effectiveness and accountability.
  • Ensure the leadership has a clear understanding of the key drivers of the business and has access to timely and accurate reporting and analyses to enhance short and long-term decision-making.
  • Ensure all reports are available on a real-time basis and used by management to drive growth, efficiency and productivity, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute financing strategies to support the short and long-term financial requirements of the business.
  • Oversee all aspects of internal and external financial reporting, including management, board, shareholders, investors and financial institutions reporting.
  • Ensure the companys financial statements fairly represent the financial position of the company, the results of its operations, and are US GAAP compliant.
  • Oversee the identification and monitoring of financial and operational risks and the development of strategies to address those risks.
  • Oversee all insurance activities and ensures appropriate insurance coverage is in place to protect assets and operations.
  • Work with the external auditors in the development and execution of the audit plan. Ensure that the company minimizes its audit fees through effective planning and preparation.
  • In conjunction with external advisors, ensures the company is planning its tax position through its corporate structure and operations in a manner that ensures compliance while minimizing the tax liability. Ensures the timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns.
  • Builds relationships with financial advisors, attorneys and auditors.

  • Oversee the company's financial system,reporting and appropriate accounting policies and controls
  • Develop, implements and maintain financial systems to modernize financial accounting and reporting functions
