· CA / CPA qualified
· Exceptional communication skills across a range of internal and external stakeholders within the business
· To work effectively within a team environment and have the ability to interact with senior management
· Previous NetSuite/large ERP system experience highly desired
· Ability to effectively manage the transactional finance staff
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Be proactive in problem solving regarding system and process issues
