Within this role you will be considered as an expert in your specialty. Your peers will look to you for your advice and knowledge, so thinking on your feet is key. You will be involved with everything from onboarding new employees, calculating leave and redundancy packages to supporting the pay runs and new system implementation. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role will allow your technical skills to shine and as you assist them in developing and implementing policies.
Your Skills & Experience
You are someone who has no trouble explaining processes and next steps to others and fell confident with overseeing all parts of the payroll function. You can keep track of many different responsibilities throughout your day. Your time management skills are extraordinary, and you have an exceptional eye for detail. Your creative flair allows you to offer innovative suggestions to improve payroll processes, and you relish the challenge of learning new systems.
