Tax Senior Manager, Financial Markets (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY. Assisting clients with their understanding of complex financial structures prior to the issuance of securitizations and assisting related parties with verifying that disclosures align with the underwriter's intent of the security structure. Performing valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products. Creating independent financial models to project collateral and bond cash-flows for various debt types and related securitizations, including asset backed securities, mortgage backed securities, and collateralized loan obligations. Identify and address client needs by communicating a broad range of services and maintaining project economics. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Law or a related field, plus six (6) years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Law or a related field, plus four (4) years of related work experience.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience with each of the following:
- Developing, reviewing and/or validating complex financial models;
- Utilizing industry software, e.g. INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg, CaplQ, or, advanced Excel modeling;
- Applying accounting treatments of financial products and securitizations held by financial institutions, including familiarity with regulatory requirements related to securitization; and
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections.
Travel up to 20% is required.
