An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to proactively facilitate and provide efficient, meaningful and commercial analysis of management information to provide support to the Commercial Finance team. The role will also include Month End Production tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monthly analysis across Country Unit, Operations and Business Services areas looking at the business profitability and margins.

• Work with the business to understand and resolve potential issues

• Issue a monthly Financial Reporting Pack

• Work with the Finance Managers to support them and help with any requests for additional information.

• Support Finance manager with quarterly forecasting.

• Involvement with ad hoc Finance projects

• Analysis and production of the accounts in a timely and accurate manner in line with the month end timetable

• Balance Sheet Reconciliations

• Proactively and continuously improve processes and systems

• Provide support to other areas of finance and the business.

• Involvement with ad hoc Finance projects

Key Requirements

• Part qualified CIMA/ACCA or minimum 2 years experience in similar role

• Excel to Advanced level

• Ability to communicate clearly with non-financial managers on financial issues

• Good communication skills

• Ensure that pre-defined deadlines are regularly hit

• Analyse root cause of issues

• Provide clear, concise information to allow others to put actions in to place
