Exciting opportunity for an immediately available purchase ledger clerk - 1 - 2 month role based in Gloucestershire - possibility of extension
We are currently working with a well known business based in Gloucestershire looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join them for 1 -2 months.
You will need to be a confident purchase ledger clerk and have experience of the following;
- Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
- Payment authorisation
- Payment processing
- Posting and monitoring petty cash
- Investigating purchase ledger queries
- Creating company reports
- Liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
- Processing personal and company expenses
- Assisting with queries and reporting
Additional Info
- You will need to be immediately available/able to start immediately
- Have previous purchase ledger experience
- Hourly rate from £10 per hour
