The successful candidate will most likely be working within an investment bank or recognised boutique and will have a passion for fintech.

It is advanageous if your sector and deal experience already encompasses fintech, however my client is open to strong bankers from other industry groups who are keen to specialise in Fintech.

• You will be undertaking company valuations and financial modelling (DCF, LBO, merger models, cap structure analysis)

• Performing research and analysis relevant companies, and developing marketing ideas and materials

• Preparing marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation

Candidates must exhibit a strong history of exceptional academic achievement in conjunction with a mix of strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Candidates should also have excellent organizational and time management skills as well as demonstrable leadership qualities outside of the classroom.
