This is a newly created role at a top Legal 100 firm for a Tax Solicitor to join a highly regarded Private Client department.

This firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification, who is a tax specialist to work on a broad range of Private Client matters.

You will advise HNW clients on tax matters including inheritance tax, CG tax, income tax planning but also succession planning through wills and trusts including international/cross border, planning and advising non-UK domiciled and non-UK trusts. All across a varied client base including HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and charities to name a few.
