Our client is a high growth fintech business that is about to close its second round of successful fundraising. The business has experienced rapid growth since its launch in 2016, is the market leader in its field and is enjoying 350% customer growth per annum.

We are currently seeking a high-quality finance professional, with a demonstrable track record in related areas, to join the business as the company's first CFO. You will be responsible for spearheading the company's fundraising efforts alongside the CEO/Founder and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategy moving forward. The successful candidate will have complete responsibility for all aspects of finance and take a lead role in mentoring the existing team, as well as scaling up the finance team over time. The incoming candidate must also have strong stakeholder management experience and be able to contribute fully to the development of the company strategy whilst keeping a rigorous eye on the day-to-day finance function.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant and/or investment banker with extensive fundraising experience with angel investors and/or venture capital investors. You must also have experience working with high growth businesses and be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
