Payroll & Benefits Manager
LMA is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Financial Services company in the London area to recruit a Payroll & Benefits Manager.

The role reports into the HR Director and will be responsible for the management of all group payroll operations across an International remit.
You will be to go to person for Payroll and Benefits and will play a key role in the annual review process for the annual cycle, making sure all bonus data is accounted for and Benefits are all processed through the payroll system.
The payroll itself is outsourced, so making sure that you have a really strong working relationship with the payroll provider will be key, regularly checking in throughout the cycle to ensure everything is running smoothly and performing checks on data flowing back from the provider into the payroll system. You will regularly host governance calls with the supplier to address any issues and keep the process running smoothly.
You will also be the payroll data champion, ensuring all new starter ,leaver, pension changes and expenses are processed each month and will work closely with your wider team and business colleagues to create a systematised approach to make sure that you are providing a high level of service to employees .
There may be times where you will be asked to whip up reports and use your excel skills to extract certain data points and present them to your colleagues in a user friendly fashion, especially around the year end when there will be a requirement for payroll data. You will be in charge of creating reporting suites each month and there is also an opportunity for somebody who is a real whizz with data to get involved on more complex data analysis.
