Key Accountabilities

• Support offshored production team with regulatory and operational queries

• Support local business and compliance teams with SME regulatory analysis

• Work with Product Engineering to assess regulatory reporting impacts for new products

• As part of a centre of excellence, liaise firm wide on transaction regulatory reporting matters

• Produce MI and dashboards on the reporting production and quality

• Work with internal business teams to address underlying issues and correct reports in AXA IM's source systems

• Act as the first line of defence for transaction regulatory reporting by managing controls and oversight metrics to show trends and anomalies that require further root cause analysis

• Conduct weekly and periodic controls of reports from AXA IM's source systems and regulators' data

• Identify and support regulatory change

• Manage operational, data and system queries relationg to the reporting

• Product periodic attestations to clients on regulatory transaction reporting

• As a subject matter expert in reporting, support the long term strategy implementation and roll out of the transaction reporting centre of excellence globally at AXA IM



• University degree


• Experience of working in an operational team within financial services

• The ability to plan, prioritise and successfully assist in the implementation of projects

• Experience of working in cross border global teams

• Demonstable experience navigating financial regulation

Knowledge and Skills

• Regulatory knowledge (regulations include MiFID II/EMIR/SFTR/ASIC - knowledge of reporting requirements)

• Thorough knowledge of a range of financial products (including; Bonds, Equities, FX, Derivatives and Mutual Funds) and processes from end to end of financial operations

• Knowledge of and appetite for regulatory reporting matters

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people and within a varied and evolving working environment

• Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills


• Commerical and customer (internal and external clients) oriented focus

• Operational compliance mindset

• Fluent in English
