Not surprisingly, we embrace inventive thinkers, who make original contributions to the ;We put people first - our people and our clients' people, and our inclusive and welcoming culture celebrates diversity and individuality.Explore your next career move with Buck today!At Buck we offer market leading Pensions Administration solutions across Defined Benefits (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes to a wide portfolio of clients.Our web-based and mobile-first platform provides participants with an enhanced retirement planning and readiness tools, as well as access to pension statements and a comprehensive resource library.Our integrated administration platform includes case management, document management, and ad-hoc reporting to provide administrative staff with the productivity and efficiency tools they need to get the job done.We have an exciting new opportunity for an Pensions System Support Analyst (Implementations) to join our Technical Systems Support team.As the Technical Support / Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to a range of stakeholders, both internal colleagues an external client, mainly over the telephone, as such it is critical that you have strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.The role will be suited to an individual with strong technical knowledge and ideally some exposure to call or incident logging systems.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of Support call logging system (Cherwell) and Support mailboxes;
Able to identify, organize and resolve tickets according to priority and within a pre-set deadline;
Distribute tickets to appropriate department / teams;
Support of Pensions Administration software (MasterKEY);
Support of financial software packages (CCM Browser, CCM Core, Lloydslink, Open Accounts and Paybase);
Support of work management and scanning software (WMS, XTCM);
Installation of schemes onto CCM Core, Open Accounts and Paybase;
Creating and maintaining Support process documentation;
Testing of Pensions Website (linked to MasterKEY);
Creation and maintenance of mail merge documentation and reporting on MasterKEY;
User Maintenance on all pensions and financial systems;
To peer review and ensure own work is peer reviewed as appropriate;
Undertake and take responsibility for completion of assigned work in a timely and accurate manner;
Carry out such other duties as may be agreed from time to time.QualificationsPrevious experience with a call logging system;
Able to provide support through either telephone calls, emails or live chat applications;
MS Office (Word/Excel/Access) to advanced level;
Problem solving skills;
Attention to detail is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills;
Excellent communication skills essential, both verbal and written.Highly desirable:Experience of working with relational databases (SQL);
