Our client is a leading mid-market renewable energy investor, they are looking for a Vice President to join its European investment team, based in London. This role will focus on leading the origination and execution of new investments. The geographic focus is the UK and pan-European, and the role will focus on wind, solar and battery storage investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full deal process, from origination through to execution
- Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Managing junior team members on transactions
YOUR PROFILE:
- Extra European language skills in either Spanish, German or Nordics is a plus
- Experience of renewables M&A is essential
- Financial modelling experience
- Top-ranked performer within your peer group
- Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
