We are currently recruiting for client in the education sector based in London. Our client is seeking 2x Payroll Assistants for a 12-month FTC to work within the busy payroll team.

This role is working remotely currently with the view for possible flexibility on return to the office.

The position will be working within a team and being responsible for processing end to end payroll for many employees across 3 separate monthly payroll using CORE HR.

Other duties include dealing with high volume queries using a ticketing system, manual calculations, salary sacrifice adjustments, tax, and pension adjustments.

Working hours are 35 hours a week (9-5) with flexibility around these.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within higher education and must be comfortable with manual calculations. Experience using the CORE HR system would be advantageous, but this is not essential.
