Wild is seeking a customer service and sales driven Account Manager to join a well established client based in Waterlooville. The successful candidate will be extremely customer focused, hold strong communication skills and be confident up selling new products and identifying areas of growth within the business.

The role will include some of the following

responsibilities:
-

- Building relationships with your own portfolio of clients
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Making 20 - 30 calls a day with a focus on quality not quantity
- Handle any issues with orders and provide technical help
- Nurturing and developing relationships with clients to establish their needs
- Introduce new business opportunities to existing client base
- Maintaining all customer records accurately on the CRM system
