DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

Manage and be responsible for day to day AXA IM's Investment Support activities across the France Framlington and MACS expertise's

Ensuring accuracy of positions, prices and cash of portfolios within Front Office systems (mainly SimCorp Dimension) and ensuring the accuracy of AXA IM's NAV production with our main Fund Accounting agent. Provide investment support to the respective AXA IM Expertise's and act as primary contact point for them for all operational questions across all middle and back office activities.

Key Accountabilities


• Manage and be responsible for the day to day Investment Support activities facing to AXA IM Front Office and our External partners including the following functional

responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy of positions, prices and cash of all portfolios within our Front Office systems
- Ensure AXA IM's NAV production by establishing a proper control framework to manage the risk embedded in the daily production (unreconciled positions/ cash middle office and fund accounting, accuracy of prices, NAV validation, stale prices, risk indicators production)
- Ensure strict adherence to AXA IM's Valuation Standards and Global Risk Control Framework by establishing proper control framework in the team's daily production activities
- Providing investment support to the AXA IM Expertise's and act as primary contact point for them for all operational questions across all middle and back office activities (including trade support, corporate actions, fund accounting, custody).

• Manage the day to day interactions with our Investment Operations providers for the respective perimeter, process improvement, quality assessment and review, relay and facilitate Expertise requirements

• Manage the day to day interactions, build and support appropriate action plan's, and provide a proactive servicing of the Front Office Expertise's

• Manage resources within the team in accordance with the AXA IM Performance

Management standards

• Provide comprehensive internal management reporting and operational key risk indicators on all key Investment Support services and Controls

• Participate in transversal/strategic projects and initiatives (e.g. implementation of new regulations, launch of new businesses)

• Provide input and advice to the Investment Support department by contributing to the department management meeting and the day to day management

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Qualifications


• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics or related subject

Experience


• Demonstrated experience of managing team's and in an outsourced model with multiple external providers

• Proven knowledge and experience in asset management with an emphasis on fund administration and investment operations

Knowledge and Skills

• Change management skills; experience in implementing complex processes in a regulated environment

• Proven ability to resolve complex issues using a win-win approach

• Fluent in French & English

• Very strong communication and influencing skills
