We're assisting a client of mine on their journey to create a best in class, PLC-standard finance function.

The business we're working with are an award winning business, who are well known for their attitude towards staff development & retention through carefully hiring a diverse range of people who can contribute meaningfully to the overall success of the organisation.

This role is a key management role, managing an in-house general accounting team, where you'd be responsible for owning the general accounting processes, billing, receivables and treasury operations.

You'll also work closely with the projects team, to simplify and streamline processes and systems group wide. You'll need experience of transaction services, but generally if you've been involved in a shared service centre / outsourced provider role before this will help.
